Bring patient technology help to your residents.

Ways we can work together

Start with a single class and see how your residents respond. Most communities go from there.

Technology class

From $135 per class

A friendly, plain-English session on whatever your residents keep asking about — phones, texting, video calls with grandkids, streaming, or AI. We bring the patience; you bring the room.

Scam Prevention & Safety class

From $150 per class

The one families ask for by name. We walk residents through the scams actually targeting them right now, the handful of red flags that catch nearly all of them, and exactly what to do when something feels off.

Tech Help Café

Request a quote

We set up for a few hours and residents drop in with whatever's been bugging them — one at a time, no appointment, no judgment. It's the easiest thing you'll ever put on an activity calendar, and residents love it.

Pricing is per session for communities inside our service areas — travel included. Outside them, get in touch and we’ll work something out.

Resident Tech Hours

Your community buys a block of hours up front. Your residents use them whenever they need help — in their own apartment, on their own schedule — and never see a bill.

One approval, one invoice, no recurring line item to defend. And it becomes something real to put in front of prospective families on a tour: on-call technology help, included for every resident.

How it works

  • Hours don’t expire. There’s no clock running and no pressure on residents to use them up.
  • Use them for anything. In-apartment visits, remote help, one-on-one lessons — whatever a resident needs.
  • We keep you posted. You’ll get a simple monthly note showing what was used and what’s left.
  • Classes are separate. Group sessions are their own line item, so your hours stay reserved for individual residents.

No cost, no contract

Become a preferred community partner

A standing relationship instead of one-off bookings — so when a resident has a problem, your team already knows exactly who to call.

What your community gets

  • A named technician your residents get to know by face
  • Priority scheduling for anyone in your community
  • Printable flyers and newsletter blurbs, ready to post
  • One complimentary resident information session each year
  • $10/hour off our standard rate for your residents

What we ask in return

  • List us as your recommended technology provider
  • Let us post a flyer where residents will see it
  • A mention in the resident newsletter now and then

That’s the whole arrangement. No fee, no exclusivity, and you can walk away any time.

Class topics residents ask for

These are the sessions we teach most often. If your residents are asking about something else, we’ll build a class around it.

iPhone Basics (iOS 26) — Part 1

Get comfortable with your iPhone: the home screen, settings, making calls, and the everyday essentials, on the latest iOS 26.

iPhone Basics (iOS 26) — Part 2

Go further: photos and the camera, organizing your apps, notifications, and handy shortcuts that make your iPhone easier to use.

Texting Basics

Send and receive text messages with confidence — including photos and group texts — without the stress.

Online Scam Prevention

Spot and stop the scams that target seniors: fake calls, phishing emails, and pop-ups — and exactly what to do when you're unsure.

All About Apps

What apps actually are, how to find and install good ones safely, and the ones genuinely worth having.

All About AI

A friendly, plain-English introduction to AI tools like ChatGPT — what they are, what they can do for you, and how to use them safely.

We also run these as live online classes every Tuesday — see the current schedule.

What a session actually involves

We bring

  • A background-checked technician who arrives early to set up
  • Everything needed to present — we adapt to whatever room you have
  • Large-print handouts residents can keep and refer back to
  • A sign-up sheet and a flyer you can post ahead of time
  • Patience with every question, asked as many times as needed

You provide

  • A room with seating, and a screen or TV if you have one
  • A little notice to residents — we'll give you the flyer text
  • Someone to point us to the right door when we arrive

We don’t sell to your residents.

We’re there to teach, not to pitch. Nobody gets a sales talk, nobody gets signed up for anything, and nobody gets pressured. If a resident wants to hire us afterward, that’s their call to make — and plenty never do. Your residents’ trust is worth more to us than a booking.

Need paperwork before we can be scheduled? A certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available on request — just ask and we’ll send them over.

Need something to show your executive director, or to bring to a staff meeting?
