If you're out of town or just feel more comfortable meeting online, we've got you covered! First, we start with a phone call or video chat. Then we make sure you're all set up with the necessary programs to do remote computer support and lastly we connect to your computer to help out with your tech without us even being there!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel you appointment, please contact us 36 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 36 hours of your appointment, there is a $20 cancelation fee.
